    Keep on top of it all. Maths in particular, then Physics and Chem (not sure about bio as I didn't study it) - the maths bits you need to practice as much as you can to be comfortable with the maths in it. Also, when making notes, read through the text, think about what it's saying and then either reword it or try to produce what it's saying from memory. Try that and see how it works. Also, flash cards may help as long as you follow through and test yourself on bits of knowledge.
