I'm pretty sure I achieved the highest grades in my A Levels at my school and I think this would be beneficial to put on my CV, however I don't want to put it on without the fact being authenticated. Has anyone got any experience with this? Should I ask my school or won't they have the information/ not allowed to give me that information? I know at my sister's university they tell everyone in the class where they ranked against the rest of the year.

I advice you don't put that into your cv at all, sounds vain and showboaty. I don't mean to diminish your good grades but i'm sure they look just as impressive by themselves.
