Undergraduate is when you go to the university for the first time and study for your first degree for 3-5 years which vary from course to course. After you get your degree you are considered a graduate. If you wish to go back to university then you would be considered a post-graduate. You can be a lawyer in both, it doesn't matter since one comes after the other.

Okay thanks and I have another question which is that I got In my AQA HIGHER SCA1HP and SCA2HP 223 in total so how many marks is that and how many do I need for a C? And I got 77 marks for the first paper which is (128 UMS) and 91 marks for the second paper which is 160 UMS but that adds up round 297? Why does it say 223?
