    I have a dilemma:

I'm about 5 wks short of completing my internship and i've come to a point where i just want to leave now.

i've got to do a minimum of 11 months and i would do if i complete the remaining 5. The internhsip has not turned out the way it was described in the descriptor before i joined and the company is a joke! - things like budgets, structure and organisation seem to be a foreign concept to the management!! which is making my life [email protected]#!$£! hell!!

how do i quit without causing a problem at uni?? not just me who's thinking like this as it's like working on a sinking ship! since i have been there, the number of people coming and going is nearly double figures - says a lot!!!!!

    appreciate some good advice.

If you got this far, buck up and just take it, no point giving out on the 10th month of 11 months is it?
