So I took parr in a lush group interview this evening and overall it went alright. It was for christmas temps vacancies. One thing what I am worried about however is that I didn't do too well in one of the speaking activities and got a cross put beside my name and am worried just in case this will completely jeopardise my chances. The other activities went smoothly enough though. Hope someone with some experience applying or working for lush could give me some insight about where I stand.

You definitely still stand a chance! It ultimately comes down to how many people they need, who can fill what hours etc. Most retail stores aren't as picky when it comes to temps so I wouldn't worry about it too much. If you don't get the job, at least you know what to work on for next time! Good luck!

Hi, I hope you get the job! I was just wondering how the group interviews actually work? If it just like 5 of you sitting around a table answering questions one by one as that seemd incredibly nerve wracking? Thanks

The group interview I did was 17 people and we had to go round in a circle and introduce ourselves and do stuff one by one and in groups.

Hiya I'm a sales assistant at Lush, and trust me, the speaking activities aren't the most important thing they judge you on! In my experience, it's more about being a friendly, approachable person, and having good knowledge of the company!

Good luck and well done with the group interview, I know how nerve-wracking they can be!
