    Hello,

So I'm an European student and I'm starting an undergraduate course this September. My problem is that I sent the form for applying for the student loan like 1 month ago I still haven't been answered (they haven't even told me if they have received my form). Is that a normal thing or do you think that there has been a problem? I'm a bit worried cause I'm starting the course in two weeks and I really need that financial help as I can't really pay for my course.

Thank you very much for the help!

You need to inform your uni that you have applied and that you have applied late.

If you're worried about whether SFE have received phone them up and ask. But yes, do inform the uni that you have applied.
