I'm 16 and surrounded by a group of great friends. However we go to an all boys boarding school and so I only have a small group of friends outside my boarding school circle that i go out with.
However, I find it really hard to meet new people over the holidays because I'm not invited to many parties or social gatherings because I live so far away from my friends at boarding school who are my main friendship group.
They all seem to have loads of other friends outside school who they have known for ages and I've become very depressed this summer just listening to what they have done whilst I'm stuck trying to make friends. I'm very social and make friends easily but it's so hard to find someone my age in London, I have no clue where to look. I've tried the mall, gym, classes etc but no luck.
Anyone else have this problem?
All my friends are having great lives and I'm jealous Watch

Yes I get that. Why be jealous though? You're 16 for god's sake... you ain't even done your A Levels and you're already talking like that. It will get better but maybe it's time to make some new friends.Last edited by UWS; 30-08-2016 at 09:21.

I'm sorry but the mall? How do you make friends in a mall?
