A bit confused on precedents.

After the constitutional reform act does the court of appeal still have to follow precedents set by the house of lords? If they decide they have misinterpreted the stare decisis, or they believe it conflicts with a precedent of their own are they still bound by the authority of a court that doesn't exist?

As a general rule, the Court of Appeal still has to follow the judgments of the HoL
