Anyone else applying to the school of Informatics in Edinburgh this year?

I'm applying for the MSc in AI, hoping to specialise in ML. Probably at UCL, Imperial and Cambridge too.

Any suggestions from past applicants on personal statements etc? Especially where like me you have limited experience with formal computer science, outside of computational physics - which is rather different.
