    A stage manager career could be just for me. Is it best to get experience from a theatres? I've applied for course but I'm unsure if I will be accepted. Times running out. Please help

    That's a completely plausible career! Get as much experience you can in community theatre and apply for work experience in professional theatre. I'm not entirely sure but I believe NYMT has stage managing as part of its youth technical course type thing that runs alongside the shows. Just keep going for it, if you don't get into this course then there's always the next
