I'm unemployed for so long and trying so hard to get somewhere. I still can't get a career. I'm unsure if I may be bipolar. I do stay strong but its got to the point were its not going nowhere. I'm in my late twenties.

I have mild autism and just can't take my situation anymore. I know what I want to do but its hard doing it on my own.

Hi there! I really feel for you. Are you signed up with the job centre? They're actually pretty helpful, and if you make your problems clear to them then they can help you work around them. They can also get you into training, work experience, and onto short courses to learn new skills and increase your employability. As for the possibility of bi-polar, have you seen a doctor about this? It would be worth doing if you haven't. Don't give up! Good luck!

    Thanks for advice hun

Job centres in the past haven't helped to be honest. I will check the doctor but it could be other things thats making me like this. I will not give up and keep working on my goals

If you feel stressed/demotivated then make sure you have someone to talk to like a family member, it helps
