why does it have to be complicated, i been locked out of my account several times and i hate the password reset number thingy this is very hard as i am dyspraxia, dyslexia. i had sent off evidence of this however i got a letter today saying that it was not enough and i need up to date information of a current long term disability, i provided evidence of my disability and had a screening for my dyslexia from sixthform but i will have to get help from uni for this as i have 2 weeks before i start and need the money to start i just wish it was less complicated. Anyone else hating student finance?

Is there any reason why you didn't write your password down somewhere?

They do make it clear what evidence they need foor people with learning disabilities - that is, the full results of the test done after 16.
