Oh dear. Silly girl. I do not understand why people think they will be fine with no cream on!! /rant

Right, run a bath and put some t-tree oil in there. Drink lots and also take some ibuprofen. Get some aloe vera gel from the chemist or Superdrug and lather yourself in it. Morning and night for a week until you notice fine peeling. You'll probably peel a couple of times if you are at the blister stage. Once youv'e started to do the fine peeling (i mean flaky like scurf) then you can start to use a gentle wash cloth to rub the flaky bits off in the shower. Then more aloe, or if you prefer cocoa butter. You should be ok, but do be more careful!!

No worries. I'm from Australia and we're so brainwashed with the SUNCREAM! message.
Reminds me of when I went to Barbados. I was good for the whole week until the last day when i thought "fk it Im gonna get a tan". 10 Hours later I was on a 9 hour flight with bad sunburn
