man, you really need to get you head out of the clouds, really

Ive been to the U.S., and i should say, they are almost brain washed in a way, the telivision is so "patriotic" that it has influenced young canadians to know more about america than they know about canada.

Watch the kids cartoons, its very very seductive.

I watch more american T.V. than any other person that dosnt live in america, and trust me, from cartoons to documentries, its all baised and patriotic. I even met some young americans and they are so ignorant its not even funny.

May i ask Vienna, what is your nationality?

ahh, the canadian who blames the US for the fact that his country is such a liberal backwater that it needs all the terrorists it can get just to compete with its more illustrious neighbour, while its population scrambles to embrace the american dream. the point is, its all subjective. im sure the US sees european culture as very obscure in many ways but its generally judged as something to be appreciated in its own right. this is in stark contrast to the opinions we see here where the 500+million americans are portrayed as a land of brainwashed, rabid, sickeningly patriotric, evangelical, extremist fools in a thread trying to judge one country against the other. and then people such as yourself have the audacity to contribute to this farcical nonsense with observations such as "I even met some young americans (pat on the back) and they are so ignorant"..

and "you[vienna] need to get your head of the clouds"

hilarious.

AT: didn't want a war to erupt, I was simply trying to have a debate. It was fine until Viena came a long

Just try a little bit of tact, then the debate can happen peacefully.
