I feel dead inside. Girlfriend of 3 years cheated on me with friend of 7 years. Im only 18. this has like wrecked my life completely. I have no where to turn for help. I just feel sick all the time and i feel so nervous around everyone. even my own familly. noone can be trusted.

HE went round HER house alone. her familly would of been in the house. One of her friends sliped it into a conversation i was earwigging.

I really couldn't agree more.
There could be so many reasons why your best friend was at your girlfriend's house; for examples, two that popped into my head quite quickly:
•
your best friend will no doubt know you just as well as your girlfriend does, if not more, so maybe she had something to ask him or talk to him about.
•
again, they are two people who are no doubt very close to you, and although you may not like it, what's to say that they can't be friends also?
Unless you're keeping something to yourself and not telling us the whole story, I think I have to agree with other posters and say that I think you're just paranoid. Do you trust your best friend and your girlfriend? Deal with this situation with some tact, you don't want to risk messing up two completely happy relationships by being wrong and jumping into it without thinking.
