    Has anyone done one and what are your opinions on them?

    Nestle do a business one with a degree but you have to sign up to doing the 3 years and then 2 more otherwise they charge you for the whole uni fees :/

    Mine's a 6 year apprenticeship, with 3 years at the end so you don't pay them back. That's normal.
    Why should a company pay you to do a degree, and pay for the degree, if you're not going to give them any service out of it?

    Mine's 3 years but has nothing to do with post-apprenticeship service
