Hi, I want to do dentistry and most universities require a 2:1 in a degree.
I was wondering how realistic it is to get 2:1 in Biochemistry, is it difficult or just a lot of work?

also if anyone knows how difficult is getting into dentistry as a graduate? for both undergrad and grad courses?
    Thanks!

Sorry to see you've not had a reply to this.

One of my housemates at uni studies Biology (not quite the same thing I know, but bear with.) and has consistently achieved 1sts each semester, and to be honest he works quite hard to get that but has fun at the same time (as in, no need to sacrifice a social life). He works throughout the semester, tries as best he can on coursework, looks at exams and works out what questions he thinks will come up (based on hints from lecturers, and past paper questions etc) and chooses to revise select topics in detail with extra reading (seems important )rather than the whole syllabus in less detail.

I appreciate that it's not the same as biochem but hopefully you can keep some of those things in mind or apply it to both.
