    Hello,

I've completed my application for a third year of part-time study with the OU, but I'm now being asked for evidence of date of birth and identity, and having recently come out as transgender and updated my name with SFE, all I have as evidence is a passport with the wrong name. Should I send this on a form anyway, or is there something else I can do?

    Kind regards

    Hi,

Did you provide evidence of your name change such as a change of name deed?

    Thanks

    Hi,

Yes I did, and I received confirmation a few months ago.

    Hi,

As we cannot access your account on The Student Room I would advise you to call us on 0300 100 0607 in order for us to access your account and view what evidence is required and why.

    Thanks
