Need a doctor's note
Basically, I've spent all night being really ill - I thought it was food poisoning, but having phoned NHS direct, they think it's gastroenteritis (which sounds about right, and would be the third time this year 
). I phoned work to say I wasn't coming in - I've only had a few hours sleep and not attempted food yet, plus I have to work in close contact with food and customers. Basically they told me that I wasn't allowed to come back to work until I have a doctors note to say I'm well again. Problem is I know I'm going to be well tomorrow, but there's no doctors around that open of a weekend for non-emergencies.
Am I going to have to miss the entire weekend of work because I can't get a note?
