Hi, I am a student going into my third year at Chelsea college of arts.

I am looking to move OUT of Glassyard for the academic year 16/17.

I have a regular studio room, ready for someone to move in.
I am looking to move out asap! Please message me if you are interested! I'm am desperate to move out, as I'm moving into another house!

Price is £260 pw for 51 weeks all bills included.

Its always very clean, the whole building is super clean and modern. you get your own space, but also very social is you choose to be. Own kitchen and a large en suite, great reception 24 hour security, common room with TV, XBOX, Pool table etc.work space room, really nice garden area. Everyone is so friendly and such a lovely place to live.

ready to move out as soon as possible rent is due on the 7th Sept, but I shall pay that until I find someone to move in, and then will just have to pay the rest from the move in date.
