I know that some of the universities say that you don't need to have maths or physics as a third a level along with biology or chemistry, but I want to know if any current vet med students have gotten in without maths or physics??

I'm about to start at Nottingham (I also got offers from Liverpool, Bristol and Surrey) and I did French alongside Biology and Chemistry. So no....

Read the Resources sticky at the top of the forum to see individual universities' requirements (I believe Cambridge and Glasgow ask for three sciences).

Personally I did physics as my third, but a lot of my friends at vet school did a non-science subject. So no it isn't needed.

Geography, history, psychology, sociology, English literature and RS are some examples of third subjects some vet students I know did.

Glasgow prefer a third science but its not a deal-breaker. They do have quite a few subjects that they will not accept "Art, Drama, General Studies, Home Economics, Music or PE are not acceptable as a third subject."
