I have applied for the Tuition Fee Loan and today I have been told that there is some system error on my account and my application will possibly be processed within 2-3 weeks. My modul starts in one month and I don't even know what is going to happen? I am required to call Student Finance Services every 3-4 days to check on the application's progress, as I am not able to track the application online. It is unbelievably frustrating and I am really concern about my study. Can you please assure me, that this error is going to be solved and I will get to know the result at time? Does anybody have an experince with this kind of problem? Thank you very much in advance.

It sounds as though you have applied to the EU team, not SFE.
EU student's do not have the functionality to view application status online, so this is normal.
There is no specific timescale for system errors as they do not happen often, so we're unable to give you a specific timescale for this being resolved.
