Idk what to do. I've dealt with a vitamin D deficiency in the past. I had a blood test a year ago(I'm good now) I take Vitamin D supplements everyday. I'm always tired no matter how much I sleep. I recently found a treatment like this

Definitely discuss these with your GP first before getting these done privately (that is if you need it. If your blood tests showed your vitamin D levels are at a normal level, then the fatigue won't be due to that so these won't make a jot of a difference).
Have you been tested for anemia? That's a very common cause for always feeling tired
