I recently picked music for my GCSE, I am currently working at my grade 3 piano, and I understand some musical terms... But, I can't compose music... and I feel like I'll be the worse in the class as everyone is like grade 5/6 (other instruments)

Composition (for me at least) made up a small amount of the grade and wasn't as hard as you think it is, there's loads of time and teachers will help you. I didn't even play an instrument when starting, but got 59/60 for performance (raw marks) on piano which kept my overall grade up even with a C in exam&comp (got a high B overall). Focus more on the exam/performance parts and just do your best for composition.
edit: thought I'd add that no one in my class had composed properly before, it's a learning experience and some did get A/A* for composition, I was just lazy
