I am a student at a medical school outside of Oxbridge and London. I wish to transfer to London for my clinical years as I think this would be best for my career in terms of experience and opportunities. I would also like to complete a masters degree at either Oxford or Cambridge in a year in between my clinical years while studying in London.

As absurd as this may sound, this is what I want for myself, and have thought long an hard about the implications of making new friends, changing where I live etc. Im simply asking if something like this would be possible, and how I would go about doing it. I know something this big won't be easy and will be entirely dependent on grades, interviews etc.

The end result would be pre-clinical sciences studied at the university I am currently at. Then clinical years studies in the top hospitals in London. And a masters degree from Oxbridge.

Unfortunately, it's highly unlikely for medicine transfers to happen and the rare occasions that it does, there's usually extenuating circumstances for transferring coupled with an outstanding academic record.
