You could complete the study required for a full A level in one year assuming you have the aptitude for the subject and the time/commitment to complete the work. You would be allowed to take the exams required, indeed with the new reformed A levels that should be less difficult than in was in the past. Some subjects would be more difficult than others, e.g. If there is coursework or practical assessment as part of the subject. Keep in mind you don't have a year from now until the exams, you are really talking about 9 months and should not delay if you intend to do it.
Some schools will teach accelerated A levels as part of a full programme of sixth form study. However most don't due to time tabling and teacher availability issues. If you are still in full time education discuss it with your school or college.
There are private colleges where you can pay to do accelerated A levels.
You could buy a self study package from NEC or another distance learning provider and complete it in a year.
You could buy text books and teach yourself, with or without support from a private tutor.
