Private housing/accomodation for Northampton Uni

Hey! Was wondering if any previous occupants of the rental at Norton Road have anything to say about the house? My dad is slightly concerned about a damp/mould problem in the downstairs bedroom because the landlady really stressed the importance of opening the window to let air in and there's 2 dehumidifiers in there and furniture is away from the walls to let the air circulate so if anyone has any advice would be grateful!
