    Hey guys,

Even though my DB bench press weight is getting pretty high (for me at least), I no longer feel as if its working my lower pecs much, maybe my body is getting used to it and I need to switch up to give the DB bench press a break for a while.

What's are the best exercises you've done that target the lower pec? Preferably not using a barbell

Decline DB bench then. Honestly, though, flat pressing works the mid-lower pec as a whole, decline pressing works the same areas but it also takes a lot of stress off the front delts you you might find it helps you out.
