I'm going to start Cardiff to do law in a couple of weeks and it seems like everyone on my course has access to the intranet and seem to have things like reading lists. I enrolled today and I can't access the intranet, I know it takes 48 hours for your email to be ready after you enroll but everyone else could access the intranet straight away. I phoned the help desk and they said I shouldn't be able to access the intranet until I start but everyone else can and it has gotten me confused and worried I will be behind before I even begin the course.
Does anyone have any advice on this or can't access the intranet either?
