Retaking the 2nd year watch

    Hi guys,

I'm in a tough situation trying to progress to 3rd year, because I have failed 1 of 7 courses in the second year. I already failed one in 1st year which got carried over to 2nd year.

Now because I failed a 15 credit module in 2nd year the University decided that I should repeat the year. This would mean Student finance won't be funding me and I have to wait until July-Aug 2017 to take that 1 exam and pass in order to progress.
At the moment I'm challenging the decision but still waiting for the final decision to be made.

My question is, is this possible. Surely they can allow me to progress to 3rd year and carry that course over instead of making me wait a whole year as well as pay for the exam myself.

    Which university is this?
