Why do many guys in music sag their pants?

How come so many guys in music videos and music generally show their boxers? I'm thinking of people like Justin Bieber and One Direction.
I think they're trying to be like the Kardashians- they show off their butts.
Because they are stupid. Which explains why their music is stupid as well.

idk but as mentioned I'd imagine there's a correlation between sagginess of pants and ****tiness of music

When you look around most teen guys seem to do it (particularly at uni). Some just seem to show a little bit of their boxers which is alright, it's when they've got half their ass hanging out that it looks ridiculous
