Dropped an A-level to pick another. Will this affect my uni course options?

Okay so I picked A-level biology, chemistry and psychology which were all linear. By the end of my first year I found biology difficult and was encouraged to take up something else by my college. I chose English Lit to replace biology but this means that my English A-level exam is a year after my others, so I'll be at college for 3 years instead of 2. Would this be a problem when applying to a uni?
Nope as long as you've done each the A levels in the amount of time allowed i.e 2 years you should be fine.
