We had a module that was entirely practical and coursework so I already had a 3 out of 4 of my marks when I got my overall grade. I used the module guide's weightings and worked out my grade so far then our results where published and my final grade was lower so I just assumed my other piece of work had brought me down.
I collected the final piece of work and the mark on it is actually the highest of them all, I've tried reworking out my final grade using an online grade calculator but it still doesn't match up to the final grade I've been given. Is it possible my uni have made a mistake when adding up or collecting my results? Who would I email to find out? I've looked on their website but can't find any help
    Thanks

If you are confident they have got it wrong then I would email your tutor or course leader with all your marks including the final one, and ask them of it is correct. If they don't deal with marks they will at least be able to pass it on or point you in the right direction

just email someone and ask them to clarify how your grades have been worked out because by your calculations it's wrong
