My son is 29 years old and is looking to take a course provide by recruitment company Just IT. It has been suggested to him that he could apply for a Student Loan to cover the course fee (£4,500). The information on the website doesn't seem to cover that type of learning but please could you confirm either way.

    Many thanks,

It depends on what the course is, but it's most likely that a student loan wouldn't apply. The course would have to be university level to qualify.

Please make sure you look into the course thoroughly and do not just believe what the course providers say. Many of these types of courses are just a scam - the company wants to make a lot of money out of people who are desperate.
