Please help me

Hi, I would like to study this primary education at a university with my GCSE English Language at grade C, GCSE Maths grade C, CTEC health and social care grade D* childcare level 2 grade D but unfortunately I don't have a C in GCSE Science. Now I am studying BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Children's Play, Learning and Development (Early Years Educator). Is it possible for me to study this course? Thanks
