Hi I am predicted to get D*D D in my Btec level 3 applied science course.
I would love to study pharmacy at Aston University but do not meet the requirements set because I do not have a Grade B in A level Chemistry.
I was just wondering is there any possible way I could still do this course next year through clearing ?

    Thank You

Aston offer a Science Foundation year for those who do meet the typical entry requirements for entry to their Science degrees, including Pharmacy: http://www.aston.ac.uk/study/undergr...me-in-science/

It basically means that you would need to complete the Foundation year and achieve a certain grade before progressing to the first year of the MPharm degree. You wouldn't need to go through Clearing either as they ask for DDM for BTEC applicants.

Alternatively, you could contact other universities that run the MPharm course and ask them if they would accept your BTEC without an A Level in Chemistry.
