There is a girl at work that I like but she works in a different building (there's two). I see her in the cafeteria with a bunch of her coworkers during lunch every now and then. I don't get a chance to talk to her because she's always with friends and she works in the other building.

I'm friends with one of her coworkers who has lunch with her. Should I try to get him to set me up or is that creepy?

    What can I do please?

Maybe tell the co-worker that you're interested in that person. Who knows, they may like you back. It's not really creepy, as long as you don't act weird about it. Or you could just go up to her even with her friends around and ask if you'd like to go to lunch. The worst she can do is say no

Try just working on your eye contact with her in the cafeteria. You can let her know you're interested in her without actually talking to her. If she's interested, she'll be down to talk.

During lunch go sit with your friend who's also friends with her and if she's there use that opportunity to start chatting to her and becoming her friend also, then ask her out
