Do i need to take the SAT even i'm studying IB? is it means that i need to take SAT when i studying the IB? thanks=]

Yes, you need to take SATs. However, there are some colleges that do not require standardised tests. I'll see if i can find the list...

These universities, and only these universities, do not require testing.

Most do, however, especially the best ones. I would advise taking the tests. They'll strengthen your application (unless you do abysmally).

You don't really need to study for the SAT. Just go take it.

You should at least take a practice test, though, if you don't study for it, just to get a feel for what the questions are like and what they're getting at.

Thousands of students do it....
there are lots of high schools in the USA and Canada that offer the IB program. All of those students who want to apply to univ. in the USA (but not Canada) have to take the SAT. There are lots of books you can buy with practice tests.
