So over the last few weeks I have dropped nearly 2 stone in weight. I have no idea what has caused it.

    Any ideas would be helpful?!

This topic is too broad. Anything could've made you lose weight. What have you done differently in the past few weeks that were different before?

I haven't changed anything at all. I exercise the same, eat the same and I'm not taking medication.

Book an emergency doctors appointment tomorrow. Call at 8 and ask for same day.

    How do you feel?

Okay, and I feel okay at times but then go really dizzy.

Well it's good that you don't feel particular poorly, so don't be alarmed. Keep an eye on yourself today and just enjoy your day, and then give the docs a call when they open tomorrow x
