I'm planning on taking Biology, Chemistry and History and possibly Psychology as a 4th. Are these fine? Or would you recommend i take Physics or Maths? I'm also really unsure about taking Psychology since a lot of my older friends have told me not to take it at my sixth form, but I've read that some universities accept Psychology as a 'hard science' if i don't take maths/physics. I don't really want to take either physics or maths for A-level so would Psychology be a good subject to take for BioMed if i don't take Maths/Physics?

Have you had a look at some universities websites to see what they accept? It's important that you take something that you enjoy as well.

Lots of universities don't require Maths for Biomed so you're fine with history, just check individual university requirements as for some Biomed courses Maths is required or 'preferred'. Psychology should also be fine.

Maths isn't s requirement but it is VERY helpful in your first couple of years if you choose stats... No joke. Will give you a BIG leg up.

I took Psychology as I thought it was sort of a science but it would be a safer and better choice to do Physics or Maths- most unis want either one of these subjects.

Usually you only need 2 of either maths, biology, chemistry and physics so you're fine .
