    Hello,

    i am about to start college on a BTEC Extended Diploma in IT and i am think of going to a uni and want the best possible grade anyway so i wounded if their is anyone who has done this courses and got any tips on getting a D* on assignments and how easy the courses is?

    Make it clear to your tutors from the start of the grades you're aiming for and they'll help you the best they can, and just keep on top of all of the work. The course isn't particularly difficult from what I've heard, and the BTEC I'm taking isn't either, you just have to stay on top of everything. Good luck!

    You can't get D* in individual assignments. If you manage to get a large amount of distinctions overall you will get D*D* in your first year and D*D*D* in your second year. I'm just about to start my second year and I managed to get D*D* in my first year. It honestly isn't that hard. Make sure you don't fall behind, organise your time well and

    no it doesn't work like that. Its a bit more complicated. I'd recommend messing around with www.speedking.eu/grade-calculator/

    Select 90 credits and 9 units for the first year and extended diploma and 18 units for the two years together.
