I feel like everything around me is falling apart I feel trapped if I wasn't so scared of being alone I would get dressed and walk out.I hate who I am I can't stand who I am I feel hideous stupid and never good enough.I try so hard yet I am never good enough I feel ashamed of who I am unloved and unwanted I doubt sometimes whether my own parents love me.I am confused I don't understand what is going on I feel stressed and lost.

Maybe you have too many responsibilities now? I would suggest you to take a rest from everything for a few days if it is possible.

If you need to talk about it more you can PM me, sometimes just talking about what's going on deep inside your mind can really help

calm down honey! I know what it feels like to be hurting so much inside and to feel your life spiralling out of control. I don't know your family situation but I'm sure your parents do love you, and if they're not the type you can easily talk to, find someone else. Talking really does help, so if you have a friend, sibling, teacher or mentor who's willing to lend an ear, take them up on that. Spend some time doing the things you love doing, perhaps watching your favourite TV shows or films - don't think about anything depressing and just try to relax. Try re-discovering one of your passions or something you were good at once. Some people in this world are naturally gifted at certain things but most aren't so practice is the only way to improve. Keep us updated on how you feel. If you've felt this way for quite a long time/are feeling suicidal then maybe go to the doctor as you could have depression or anxiety. Depression is caused by an imbalance of chemicals in the brain so there is medication for it which can drastically improve your life. If you're just going through a rough time, stay strong and remember you are not alone! xxx
