Yes, I found a relationship on there. We've been together since the beginning of this year. Neither of us joined Tinder for a casual hookup.

We don't live too far apart from one another.

I started the conversation. I think we sent each other about 4 or 5 messages and then started talking on the phone a couple of times before meeting up at a cafe.

The upshot is there are many, many time-wasters wherever you go. I just think Tinder allows you to weed them out a bit quicker if you don't get too hung up on the ones 'not your type', whether personality or otherwise. For what it's worth I had some very nice dates on Tinder with people that weren't merely using it for sex. There were also some very strange people!
