    Hi there i have 2.1 degree in Banking... i already know the grad scheme will be too competitive so i am looking to start from the bottom and work my way up....

    My end goal is become a personal bankers?

    Any advice? im thinking about starting in a call centre for a bank and hoping to progress?

    dose this seem like a good plan? do you see any downsides?

    wrong section dude, this is the investment banking bit

    if you want to be a personal banker, just apply to bank teller jobs and work your way around..
