Do universities look at your A- Level grades when apply for masters? Watch

    • Thread Starter

So I did really well in my GCSE's but my A level grades were dismal! (D's) I got into Keele University through clearing and achieved a first class degree. I'm wanting to apply for masters at Edinburgh next year, I'm just wondering if my grades at A Levels will stop me from being accepted?

I wasn't asked for my A level grades when I applied for a masters at Cambridge. They only required a full transcript of my university marks. I guess this is because A levels sort of become irrelevant once you've got a degree. This may be different at Edinburgh, but I would be surprised.

They wont care at all. Tell me what you did at uni to get a first, what subject did you study? I need motivation
