Moved over to health, if this is genuine blood in your poo could be a sign something is seriously wrong and you should get it checked out immediately. If this is a joke, please be more diligent!

Try and make an appointment to see your GP.

If you are unable to, try calling 111 and you will be triaged. They may be able to make you an out of hrs GP appointment. Rectal bleeding is potentially serious so please don't ignore the issue.

It didn't happen again, so hopefully it was a one off
Although my average poops/day was 3, but today and yesterday it's gone down to 1.

Did you strain or wipe too hard? That can also sometimes cause some blood in your poo

If it was blood in the actual poo see a doctor even if it has not happened since (or call 111 for advice). It means that the blood is coming from inside you and tends to suggest a more serious issue. If it was blood while wiping, keep an eye on it and see a doctor if it happens again or if you are concerned.

Alos look out for pain, mucus, abnormal bowel habbits, irritation and anything else that seems unusual or concerning.
