How often do cyclists hold me up when driving? Sometimes.
How often to other motorists hold me up when driving? All the time. Mostly because the car is a victim of its own success. There is so many cars now there is no room to drive fast as ****. Or even just the speed limit.

I try to avoid driving these days. The cost of motoring wouldnt be so bad but I resent spending money to sit in a traffic jam or to be stuck behind someone driving slowly with no way to overtake safely. Its infuriating. I now spend my money on mountain biking and alcohol. I even tried a bit of astronomy but this didnt work as planned.

I think it depends to be honest. When there are masses of cyclists in one area, it's much more annoying than a load of cars... There was a time I was driving along a dual carriageway with loads of cyclists doing a race, and it actually was relatively dangerous purely because cars were going in and out of the two lanes much more than usual, getting frustrated.

However, I definitely don't think we should ban cyclists, because that would just be silly silly silly! What does annoy me though is when some cyclists go through red lights and have a disregard for the rules of the road, just because they think they don't apply to them. Those cyclists should be banned, and even get penalties if caught, much like drivers get penalties. This could be fines and stuff if caught in the act of either driving through red light, or swerving on and off pavement etc...!
