    Hello,
I've applied for SF as a Non UK/EEA citizen but a over 21 dependent of an EEA family member. My SF has been approved under 'EEA Migrant Worker' category and as such have to send in evidence of continued employment for my family member and proof of financial dependency on them for every term to receive my Maintenance loan.

I have applied for the full amount of the maintenance loan as I'm not working and I'm financially dependent on my family. Now my issue is that after I get SF money, I would obviously use the money I get from SF for all my needs rather than ask my family. From my calculations I would still have some money left by the end of the year as I plan on saving a fair bit of my loan, also I'll be living at home.

Would this be an issue when I have to prove my financial dependency on my family member?
