I am an individual student and doing CCEA GCSE Maths. Can anyone give me any recommendations regarding textbooks as there seems to be quite a lot for CCEA?
Also can anyone tell me weather or not textbooks for the AQA GCSE Maths exams, from CPG books can be used for study with the CCEA exams?

I've never seen a good GCSE Maths textbook, personally. I'd buy a MathsWatch CD, it's major key for GCSE Maths tbh c:

I did gcse maths this year and got an A. I watched a few videos from corbett maths (VERY helpful) but found that textbooks were useless. Also, the most important thing is that you do LOADS of past papers!
    Best of luck!

Can anyone tell me if using textbooks for an exam board like AQA for exams with a different board like CCEA can be used?

I'd say so, it's all maths at the end of the day? For other subjects it's different, but as long as you've compared the syllabuses and seen that they're similar enough to justify using AQA books, then you're golden.

I used the 'AQA GCSE Mathematics for Higher Sets' textbook although my exam board for Maths was Edexcel. I don't know what CCEA is like, but I did find that the textbook helped me a lot, especially with the more complex skills e.g. trig, transformations of graphs etc. I'm sure you could use textbooks from other exam boards. They might not have everything you need, but a lot of the maths will be the same.
