I'm taking a Gap Year between finishing college next September and going to Uni the September after that and have been trying to find the best gap year companies to go with, or whether it would be cheaper/better to organise it all by myself?

I was looking at statravel but I saw pages on pages of really bad reviews when I looked them up. GapYear360 look pretty good. Need something that has lots of volunteer opportunities as that will be a big part of my gap year. Anyone know of any other good companies I can compare sta and gapyear360 with?

I am in no way affiliated or endorsed with oysterworldwide so you can rest assured I'm not being paid for this.
I would highly recommend them as they are the only gap year company my sixth form officially suggests. Each trip has been reviewed by staff members there, oyster are not about profit but actually helping people, they even offer paid gap years !
oyster meet with you to decide if your right for the programme, they dont take everyone, proving they are not in it just for the money.
I'm hoping to maybe do a gap year with them teaching in Tanzania.
